You must not share your login details with any third party. spintim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your spintim account, you must notify spintim immediately.
spintim reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
spintim supports a range of payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed on the spintim cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. spintim does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the spintim platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the spintim platform without prior written consent from spintim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spintim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the spintim platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
spintim's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the spintim platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spintim account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
spintim does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The spintim platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
You may close your spintim account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
